Description & condition of Vintage, China & Porcelain Goods
All items featured on the All Things Vintage site are beautiful. Most of the collection will be in an excellent condition reflecting the care taken with items passed down through generations. Sometimes items will have age-related wear which is completely authentic and I believe adds to the story behind your specially chosen pieces. This information will be provided in the product description. If you are unsure, please contact me online before purchasing and I will be more than happy to provide further details of the vintage piece(s) you are interested in.
Porcelain packaged, delivered & shipped with care Australia wide
All items are handled with the utmost care and wrapped by hand using protective packaging to help ensure safe delivery. All Things Vintage posts to locations Australia-wide. Same day postage for orders received and paid for before 12 noon. Any orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the product and will automatically populate in the shopping cart when you finalise your order.
While I am a really good packer, I cannot be held responsible for breakages or loss that occur whilst packages are within the postal system.

Returns & Exchanges
Ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to All Things Vintage.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. If you would like to return your item (as long as it is not broken or damaged), I will refund your money (minus the shipping charge) and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I must receive the item back within 10 days from the date you contact me regarding a return.
Payment Options
All Things Vintage accepts Pay Pal and Bank Deposit. The easiest way to pay is Pay Pal as this method is instant and your order can be shipped straight away.
If paying by Bank Deposit, I will wait for the funds to clear before I ship your order. Direct Deposit to our account is easy, but please include your name as a reference.
