Description
Ive not been able to find the maker of this stunning antique creamer, although the most likely culprit seems to be Davidson. Ive found another in the same shape, but a different pattern. It dates to the late Victorian era, and is made from amethyst or purple slag glass, has a pedestal base, and vertical bands with stippled panels. It measures 11.5cm from spout to handle, 11.5cm in height, and is in excellent order for age, with just a slight roughness to the inside base which was done at manufacture.
