Description
This lovely tea set from Royal Albert is simply stunning. Designed by Zandra Rhodes and only available between 2006 and 2008, it is from the ‘my favorite things’ range and features butterflies on pastel blue and pink. The full set in box is extremely hard to find. The pieces are usually sold individually, with the teapot alone selling for between $200 and $300. This gorgeous setting consists of 4 x side plates measuring 16cm, 4 x saucers measuring 14cm, 4 cups measuring 9 x 7cm, a large teapot which is 25cm from spout to handle and 15cm in total height, it would hold 4 to 6 cups. A large lidded sugar bowl measuring 14cm from handle to handle and 10cm in height, plus a 12.5 x 9.5cm creamer. All 15 pieces, or 17 if you count the lids separately, are in unused condition, only every displayed. They come in their original box which does have some wear. The normal retail price for the boxed set, if you can find one, is over $600.
